Ms. Shirafkan is the director of Welcome Canada Immigration Services Inc. She is also the founder of Professional Mortgage Services Corp, a private mortgage brokerage firm specializing in non traditional lending.

Over the past ten years, Ms Shirafkan has held various senior positions in the finance sector providing consulting services. She has helped many individuals and businesses to obtain financing. From 1998 to 2001 she was employed by Georgia Pacific Securities, a stock brokerage firm, as an Investment Advisor. During that time she had helped many private companies to raise funds and go public in the form of Initial Public Offering.

In 2001, with the start of new economic cycle, Ms. Shirafkan decided to look for new opportunities. She started her career as Mortgage Broker in 2001.  She is currently a licensed Mortgage Broker and a licensed Immigration Consultant. She has completed her education of Immigration Law through University of British Columbia. Ms. Shirafkan has dealt with all types of applications, including all categories of permanent resident visas and temporary entry visas. Ms. Shirafkan has developed an extensive working knowledge of the immigration process and has established a network of contacts both in Canada and abroad.

On a personal level, she brings great compassion to her work as well as much experience and technical skill. Her creativity, depth of knowledge, bright spirit and bold directness make her an unusual talent in her profession.
